Our job positions fall into five main categories:
Salespeople
Salespeople are Melbourne’s Cheapest Cars key touchpoint with our customers and are responsible for projecting our professional, efficient and friendly image. Many of our current sales people did not have previous automotive sales experience. So if you can bring valuable skills from other industries, we want to hear from you! You would be joining a culture that values providing outstanding customer service and a supportive working environment that will allow you to learn and succeed within your role. Administration
The Administration team is a cornerstone to our well run business. This team ensures all vehicle documentation is kept in order. In addition, the Administration team processes all transactions and help customers complete all the steps from buying, selling, car loans financing and servicing their vehicles.
Finance
To join our team of finance professionals, you will need to be good with figures and have sound commercial acumen. But just as importantly, you will have highly developed customer facing interpersonal skills. These skills will help our customers find the best auto finance package available for their individual needs.
Service
To work in our service team, you ideally need to possess the skills that help our customers before and after their purchase. It is the car service representative’s job to keep all vehicles in tip top shape. We take this responsibility seriously; it’s how we drive our customer’s investments further.
Operations
Our Operations team is the Melbourne’s Cheapest Cars ground crew who are responsible for vehicle quality control. We ready the cars before they hit the lot by organising all the necessary preparations. The service team look over the car to identify and eliminate any issues. Once our service team is satisfied, we ready the cars for the public, carefully detailing everything from washing to polishing. Our operations team also helps our new customers to shuttle to and from Vic Roads for registrations.
